REFUNDS & TRANSFERS

All class enrollments, online courses and digital downloads are final sale and non-refundable. Your seat holds a prepared kit and a place in the room, so we are unable to issue refunds once payment is made.

If you cannot attend your scheduled class, contact us at least 7 days before the class date and we will transfer your seat to another available date within 12 months, subject to availability.

Your professional kit is included in tuition and provided to you at your in-person class. Kits are not shipped. Certificates of Completion are issued at class.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

By enrolling you agree to arrive on time, dressed in all black, and to follow all sanitation and safety instructions given during training. Students who arrive more than one hour late may not be able to complete the hands-on portion.

Course materials, manuals and videos are for your personal use only and may not be copied, resold or redistributed.

Certificates of completion are awarded to students who complete the full class. Certification is not a state license; students are responsible for meeting the licensing requirements in their own state.

Gemuine Academy may reschedule a class due to circumstances beyond our control. In that case you will be offered a seat at the next available date.

PRIVACY POLICY

We collect the information you provide when you enroll, join our email list or contact us—typically your name, email address, and order details. Payment details are handled securely by our payment processor and are never stored by us.

We use your information to fulfill orders, send class updates, and share offers you have opted into. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our store, payment and email platforms.
